Role Overview : The HR & Recruitment Coordinator will play a broad role across recruiting, employee administration, onboarding, reporting, compliance, benefits support, and HR projects.

HR & Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end recruiting activities for field and corporate openings across a range of levels.
\n
• Develop and maintain job postings and assist with candidate sourcing.
\n
• Review applications and conduct preliminary candidate screens.
\n
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
\n
• Assist with reference checks and pre-employment screening processes.
\n
• Maintain accurate applicant information within recruiting and HR systems.
\n
• Prepare offer documentation, new-hire materials, onboarding schedules, and related credentials.
\n
• Track recruiting activity and maintain regular hiring metrics.
\n
• Maintain accurate employee files and HR system information.
\n
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding, orientation, and related training activities.
\n
• Respond to routine HR questions from employees and internal business partners.
\n
• Process and track employee changes, including promotions, transfers, status updates, and departures.
\n
• Handle expense-related submissions and other general HR administrative responsibilities.
\n
• Help ensure HR processes and documentation align with applicable employment requirements.
\n
• Assist with recurring HR reporting and data collection.
\n
• Support performance management processes and related documentation.
\n
• Coordinate required employee compliance and workplace training programs.
\n
• Assist with the development and maintenance of training materials, guides, and HR documentation.
\n
• Monitor and report on recruiting activity and workforce metrics.
\n
• Organize meetings, interviews, training sessions, and other HR-related activities.
\n
• Work closely with field operations and corporate departments to facilitate timely HR support.
\n
• Provide administrative assistance to HR leadership and other members of the People team.
\n
• Support employee communications related to benefit programs and annual enrollment activities.
\n
• Assist with communications and follow-up associated with employee health and wellness initiatives.
\n
• Serve as a reliable point of coordination between employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
\n

HR & Recruitment Coordinator Qualifications:

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
\n
• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, HR coordination, or a comparable combination of experience.
\n
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
\n
• High level of attention to detail and follow-through.
\n
• Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential employee and business information.
\n
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, high-volume environment.
