Now hiring compassionate Caregivers in Hastings — multiple shifts available

Silver Lining Serenity Care LLC is looking for caring, reliable caregivers in the Hastings and Barry County area to help seniors and adults stay safe and comfortable in their own homes. We serve families across Hastings, Middleville, Nashville, Delton, Freeport, and the surrounding rural communities. If you have at least a year of caregiving experience and a true heart for older adults — whether as a Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) — we'd love to connect. With multiple shifts open, you can find work close to home on a schedule that works for you.

What you'll do:

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with mobility, transfers, and gentle exercise
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Handle light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
• Offer companionship and genuine emotional support
• Observe and report any changes in the client's condition

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
• A caring, patient nature and a genuine enjoyment of working with the elderly
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
