The founder began as a State Farm team member and spent five years learning the business before opening the agency, which provided a strong foundation for building a successful and supportive team. Our agency is very involved with local schools in the community. Every Friday, the office provides donuts for students, supports and adopts school classes during Christmas, helps with school field trips, and participates in many school activities throughout the year. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
