A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Creating a warm welcome for every single guest to set the tone for their experience with us
• Creating unique cocktails and developing special drink recipes.
• Owning your bar managing stock, inventory and equipment as well as keeping the space cleaner than clean
• Handling cash and credit transactions
• Working closely with your restaurant colleagues to deliver a truly seamless food service

What We Need From You

• Minimum of 3-5 years of bartending experience, at least 1-year in a supervisory role.
• The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg) which can also involve bending and kneeling
• A good grasp of reading, writing and basic math
• The flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts
• Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol you'll need to be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language
• Great communication you'll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to

The hourly pay rate for this role is Four (4) days per week $12.00 an hour plus tips, One (1) day per week $19.00 an hour plus tips on Admin Day.

This is the starting rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may pay more or less than the posted rate, and the rate may be modified in the future. An employees pay position within the pay range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
