MEP Project Manager

Build the Backbone of Data Centers, Hospitals, and Industrial Projects Across DFW Mechanical and MEP contractors across Dallas-Fort Worth are scaling fast - driven by data center construction, healthcare expansion, and industrial builds. We\'re hiring Project Managers who know how to run complex mechanical scopes from preconstruction through closeout, on projects where there\'s zero room for error. If you\'ve run mechanical, HVAC, or MEP-heavy commercial projects and want to work on some of the largest, most technically demanding builds in the region - this is your next move. What You\'ll Do Own project execution from preconstruction through closeout on commercial, industrial, healthcare, or mission-critical (data center) builds Manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and quality control across mechanical/MEP scopes Coordinate directly with owners, GCs, and design teams to keep complex, fast-track schedules on track Lead field teams (Superintendent track) or manage project financials and owner relationships (PM track) Solve problems in real time on projects where downtime isn\'t an option What You Bring 5+ years managing mechanical, HVAC, or MEP construction projects (commercial, industrial, healthcare, or mission-critical) Track record running projects in the $5M-$50M+ range Strong grasp of mechanical systems, scheduling software, and subcontractor management Data center, hospital, or industrial project experience is a strong plus - but not required A get-it-done mindset and comfort operating in fast-paced, high-stakes environments Why This Role Compensation: $120,000-$180,000 base, commensurate with experience, plus performance bonus potential Market demand: DFW is one of the fastest-growing mechanical construction markets in the country right now Career runway: Mechanical/MEP experience translates directly into data center, healthcare, and industrial project leadership — some of the best-paid, most in-demand work in construction today Stability: Steady pipeline of hospital, industrial, and commercial work even as any single sector (like data centers) ebbs and flows.
