Home Health Aide Pay & Scheduling

• $15.00–$16.00 per hour
• Shifts Typically Assigned at Orientation

Home Health Aide Primary Responsibilities

• Provide Companionship and Meaningful Conversation
• Assist with Light Housekeeping and Meal Preparation
• Offer Medication Reminders
• Support with Bathing, Grooming, Toileting, and Incontinence Care
• Assist with Ambulation and Safe Transfers
• Provide Alzheimer's & Dementia Care

What We're Looking For in a Home Health Aide

• A Caregiver Who Treats Seniors and Their Homes with Dignity and Respect
• Minimum 1 Year of Caregiving Experience (Facility or In-Home Care)
• Clean Background Check and Drug Screen
• Reliable Personal Transportation
• Strong Communication Skills
• Preferred: Valid Driver's License and Car Insurance
