Area Director, Cryo Nerve Block-Southeast

AtriCure seeks an Area Director for the Cryo Nerve Block division in the Southeast to oversee Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists. The role involves coordinating team activities, analyzing sales data, and driving market performance across multiple states.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and direct Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists across assigned region
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data and performance metrics
- Monitor team execution of duties and accountability
- Drive market strategy and revenue growth for cryo nerve block products
- Develop and mentor sales team members
Requirements
- Sales management experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop direct reports
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of cardiac or thoracic procedure markets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
