Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients recovering from a variety of conditions including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. You will play a crucial role in maximizing patient health, function, and quality of life through tailored rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to promote recovery and functional independence.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting is preferred.
