Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and with product owners or specialists to ensure they are aligning on priorities. Job expectations include ensuring delivery of products that meet client expectations, including features, security, availability, resiliency, timelines and costs.We are seeking skilled and motivated Database Product Manager to support the Core Technology Infrastructure organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the managing a portfolio of database services offered by Core Technology Infrastructure. Today, this portfolio includes a wide array of traditional relational databases as well as more contemporary database technologies, document-based databases, graphing databases, and key value databases.The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working with different database technologies as well strong interest in the business side of technology. This role will be responsible for managing the licenses and the commercial contracts used to purchase those licenses. The role will also play in a significant role in the financial budgeting and cost recovery processes related to their portfolio of products.Responsibilities:Generates the vision and roadmap for the program based on customer requirements, industry trends, regulations, and the strategic direction for the business or technology domainCommunicates the program vision and roadmap to stakeholders, product owners and the teamsOversees the budget(s) for one or more products by working closely with finance partners on both personnel and non-personnel expensesProvides input into defining business capabilities and aligning them to products or creating new products to support themEnsures product availability by partnering closely with demand and capacity teammatesDevelops business cases for new products and additional features for existing productsPartners with the product owners and the teams to ensure that optimum value is obtained through technology and subject-matter expertise and understanding of the business and industry trendsSeeking a dynamic Database Product Manger to lead the third​ party strategy, lifecycle, and business management of our best in class ADS Database Services portfolio of products. In this role, you will shape the future of database capabilities within the enterprise by driving product roadmaps, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless delivery of database services.As the bridge between technology and business, role will collaborate with engineering, operations, and application teams to align solutions with enterprise goals. Role oversees financials, vendor risk, and lifecycle management while influencing technical development priorities.
