Quality Assurance: Ensure the program delivers compassionate, individualized support that aligns with BAMSI’s mission and regulatory requirements (DDS). Hands-On Support: Mentor your team through challenges—from staffing to crisis intervention—while fostering a culture of growth and accountability. What You Bring: Required: High school diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field preferred but not required)Essential: Valid driver's license (Held for 3 years if under age 21) and reliable transportationUnderstanding: Believe in and practice inclusion - you'll help individuals fully participate in community life.Skills: Clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork.Bonus: Must be fluent in English, Multilingual a bonusWe Value: Your unique background—not just your resume.Growth mindsets (we’ll invest in your training!).
