Maintenance Operations Leader

As our Maintenance Operations Leader, you'll guide a skilled team in maintaining and improving equipment, infrastructure, and production lines. You'll play a key role in shaping maintenance strategies, optimizing costs, and ensuring our facilities run at peak performance. • Lead maintenance planning and execution for equipment and facilities.
• Manage and monitor the annual maintenance budget.
• Collaborate with engineering to define maintenance plans for new production lines.
• Develop and implement equipment life cycle management procedures.
• Recommend improvements to reduce downtime and enhance reliability.
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld.
• Build and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift and some weekends.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and timekeeping tools (e.g., Kronos).
• Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint.
