Weekend RN – Sequoyah Pointe Living Center, Owasso, Oklahoma Job Summary As a Weekend RN at Sequoyah Pointe Living Center, you will join a team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. Your weekend availability will allow you to make a significant impact on our residents' lives while working with a talented team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to residents on a weekend schedule (Saturdays and Sundays) Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Assist with administering medications, treatments, and therapies as needed Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the medical team Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and discharge planning Requirements Current RN licensure in the state of Oklahoma Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits At Sequoyah Pointe Living Center, we recognize that our success is measured by the care our residents receive, the smiles on their faces, and the surveys we receive from the State Department of Health.
