As an Account Specialist, you will be responsible for: Assisting in maintaining company Standards of Operation. Controlling rental accounts to ensure timely payments. Proper and timely delivery, relocation, service calls, and retrieval of merchandise. Managing rental (lease) agreements and merchandise. Providing excellent customer relations. Handling non-renewed accounts efficiently. Maintaining communication with customers, co-workers, and management. Keeping accounts on the assigned route within company standards. Collecting monies from deliveries and home visits, ensuring security of funds. Relocating merchandise if customers move without notifying the store. Managing files and information for recovery or new data generation. Maintaining the assigned vehicle's condition and appearance. Ensuring the security of inventory during transport.
