Home Care Aide

University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Aides to provide exceptional in-home care services to our clients in Pontiac, MI. As a Home Care Aide, you will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in a supportive and respectful environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide mobility assistance and help with transferring clients safely. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe living environment. Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements. Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors or healthcare professionals. Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation and improve quality of life. Follow care plans and respect client confidentiality at all times. Requirements Previous experience in home care or a related field is a plus. Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to pass background checks. Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Pontiac, MI. Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed. Benefits Competitive hourly wage of $14.00 - $19.00 paid twice a month.
