Staff ML Engineer

To define and drive the architectural vision for machine learning and generative AI technology, the full-time Staff ML Engineer will architect enterprise-scale AI platforms, set technical strategies for high-impact initiatives, and ensure AI products operate with top-tier reliability and security in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Drive AI Platform Architecture: Design and execute the long-term roadmap for machine learning and generative AI platforms Lead AI Infrastructure Vision: Architect end-to-end training and inference platforms, including centralized RAG architecture and evaluation frameworks Set Engineering Excellence Standards: Establish organizational standards for the full AI/ML SDLC, including dataset lineage and automated model evaluation Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience deploying complex ML/AI solutions in production environments with proven technical leadership Mastery of Python, RESTful API design, Protobuf, and microservices architecture Deep expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and real-time inference services Hands-on experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines and managing vector databases Strong experience architecting cloud-native solutions on AWS or equivalent cloud providers
