Requirements

• Active state dental hygiene license (accredited program required)
• Strong clinical skills with commitment to continued learning
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based clinical environment
• Availability for full-time or part-time scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive dental hygiene care and patient education
• Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical guidance
• Collaborate with dentists and clinical teams for coordinated care
• Educate patients on treatment plans and insurance options (PPO, HMO, etc.)
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure clinical compliance standards
• Support a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment
