Lead Product Manager

Cox Automotive is hiring a Lead Product Manager for the Manheim product line. The role focuses on product strategy, roadmap, execution, and client engagement in an AI‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead product strategy and discovery using AI to accelerate experimentation and development. Synthesize discovery into a transparent, outcome‑oriented roadmap that sequences near‑term wins and longer‑horizon strategies. Translate strategy into milestones and epics; maintain a continuously delivering backlog. Collaborate with product, UX, engineering, architecture, and solutions delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations. Adopt AI tooling and agile development practices; build effective relationships with cross‑functional teams. Plan and execute go‑to‑market activities, including pricing, ROI assessment, and commercialization support. Engage clients and proxies for feedback throughout discovery and product development to balance scalability, cost, and speed to market. Assess product performance against KPIs; provide insights to improve performance and inform future roadmap priorities. Serve as the product liaison: establish acceptance criteria, manage priorities and backlog, and communicate across stakeholder groups. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of product management experience (or equivalent combination of degree and experience). Proven record of shipping complex, enterprise products. Comfortable with current AI tools and integrating AI into existing workflows. Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to solve challenging problems. Excellent communication and influence skills; not afraid to ask hard questions. Fluency in agile methods, tooling, and cross‑functional leadership with UX, engineering, and architecture. Ability to engage with customers, articulate solution value, and align trade‑offs. Preferred Skills Experience with product planning/roadmap and project management tools. Strong leadership and relationship‑building abilities. Bias toward action and continuous improvement mindset. Benefits Hybrid work model with the ability to work remotely part of the week. Base salary range of $111,500 – $185,900 plus potential incentive program. The company offers flexible vacation, seven paid holidays, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually.
