Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager or Sr Project Manager with experience at a supervisory level, who has the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining a positive client/contractor relationship.Responsibilities-Oversee 2-4 projects concurrently with values of $15M - $40M+ annually-Manage the project financials and job budgets & profitability while delivering a quality project-Lead the project team - client, architect, superintendent, subcontractors, vendors-Manage schedules, submittals, RFIs & financial reporting, subcontracts, COs, POs, etc. - Managing overall project document control-Plan and coordinate construction activities-Evaluate riskQualifications -Bachelor's degree in construction management, preferred, or degreed in a related field or applicable certification or minimum 10+ years commercial general construction experience.-Ground up experience of projects from $15M or more-Knowledge of CLTs Sub Contractors -Public and private client experience-Ability to read and understand construction documents and contracts-Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, Project, Procore, Bluebeam-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills-Ability to communicate and plan with engineers, architects and stakeholders-Willingness to travel a plus-Experience with multiple delivery methodsBenefits401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceCompany Vehicle Bonus
