Join a beloved Memphis institution! River Inn at Harbor Town, is now hiring a Host/Hostess to join our hospitality team. Located on picturesque Harbor Island with sweeping views of the Mississippi River, Paulette's offers a warm and elegant Southern dining experience.

Position Overview


As a Host/Hostess, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests setting the tone for exceptional service. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing reservations, and assisting the service team to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and professionally
• Manage reservations (by phone or in-person) using our booking system
• Answer questions about our menu and hours of operation
• Support service staff with side work such as setting tables, clearing, or running food
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional host stand

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A team player with a warm, professional demeanor
