Administrator £28,000 Milton Keynes – office based Full Time, Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a growing and dynamic organisation. This is a varied and hands‑on position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the business. This role would suit a proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of processes. Key Responsibilities for an Administrator Manage the day‑to‑day running of office facilities, ensuring a safe, organised, and professional working environment. Coordinate office supplies, procurement, catering, and supplier relationships. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining employee records and office systems. Manage administrative finance tasks, including invoice processing, purchase order queries, and supplier documentation. Assist with health & safety compliance, training records, and workplace procedures. Support quality and compliance systems by maintaining records, policies, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, events, travel, accommodation, and operational logistics.
