Responsibilities- Engage in the implementation and optimization of Treasury Management Systems (FIS) - Analyze intricate financial processes to drive productivity - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on established practices - Build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients - Navigate the complexities of financial markets to deliver solutions - Uphold quality standards in every deliverable - Contribute to the development of impactful client strategies - Enhance personal knowledge and brand within the finance sector What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 3 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance - Possessing implementation experience in Treasury Management Systems (FIS) -Advising organizations on Treasury process efficiency - Being skilled in Microsoft Office suite of products - Familiarity with financial market and banking processes - Understanding of cash management and forecasting - Conducting workshops and meetings with stakeholders - Advising organizations on Treasury process efficiency - Utilizing digital tools like Alteryx and PowerBI - Supporting business development and thought leadership initiatives - Having hands-on experience with system design and testing Travel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
