The cancelled shifts must be the regular shift length to which the Contractor Personnel is assigned Special Requirements: ***Will need to pass Relias EKG exam. Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias required*** - Patient Diagnoses: Ischemic strokes (post-thrombectomy, post-tPA), neuromuscular disorders, seizure disorders, CNS infections, hemorrhagic strokes, subdural/epidural hematomas, ICP monitoring (EVDs/bolts), neurotrauma (GSW,MVC, spinal cord injuries) - Special Procedures/Unit Details: Vasoactive medications, Central line/Arterial line management, ICP monitoring CRRT , hypothermia/hyperthermia management, Spinal precautions - Special Equipment: EVD, bolt - Will complete 10 hours of stroke education total (NIHSS can satisfy 3 hours of the 10 hours of stroke education if taken in the year, New provider or renewal ACLS provides points if taken in the year) - will complete during orientation Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Magnet & Teaching Hospital / Level I Trauma Center Total Staffed Beds: 1,266 Scrub Color: Navy Blue Charting: EPIC Parking Cost: • Monthly parking passes available.
