What You'll Do:

• Operate various manual production test equipment in accordance with product specifications
• Accurately record production logs, including material usage, output, quantity, downtime, and quality control records
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficient and effective operation where production areas are organized, clean, and safe
• Ensure all production activities meet safety, regulatory, and company standards
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Good attendance with punctuality and effective punch in/out of our system.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in production or manufacturing environment

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience working with manual semiconductor test machines                
• Experience working in semiconductor test environment
• Familiarity with quality control processes and safety regulations in manufacturing
• Ability to accurately follow and process manufacturing travelers, work instructions, and technical specifications
• Utilize basic computer skills to input, log and monitor production data
• Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills, with the ability to handle delicate components and small devices
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Capable of managing individual tasks while supporting team objectives
• The ideal candidate should possess good work ethics with an excellent personality and the ability to adhere to strict safety standards.
