Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Compensation
In this role, you will support warehouse operations by unloading and staging product, building sterilization loads, and keeping accurate documentation while following safety and quality procedures.

Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Compensation
- $16.50 per hour
- Weekend shift differential: +$3.00/hr on Saturday & Sunday (total $19.50/hr on Sat/Sun)
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- 401(k)with company match available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates
- On-site position in Covington, GA
- Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (36 scheduled hours/week)
- Must be able to work between Covington and Madison plants as needed
- Important: client emphasized reliability/commitment—candidates should be ready to start and stay in the role
In this role, you will support warehouse operations by unloading and staging product, building sterilization loads, and keeping accurate documentation while following safety and quality procedures.
Operator 1, Warehouse Operations Responsibilities
- Unload inbound trucks and verify numbers/quantities
- Stack boxes onto specific pallet patterns
- Stage/locate materials into pallet/BIN locations as directed
- Receive and verify materials for sterilization (catalog #, lot #, quantities, expiration dates)
- Complete transactions using data collection scanners
- Build sterilization loads, place required indicators as instructed, and complete documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow site procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to read/understand basic instructions in English and perform basic math
- Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
- 2–3 years operating material handling equipment (stand-up fork truck experience preferred)
