Responsibilities In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between the Sales Department, Front Desk, and hotel operations. You will assist with group reservations, rooming lists, client communications, sales inquiries, event coordination, and follow-up while helping create an exceptional guest experience and support the hotel's revenue goals. Respond to client and guest inquiries and assist with new business opportunities. Coordinate group reservations, room blocks, rooming lists, contracts, and special requests. Communicate group and event details with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments. Assist with sales proposals, client follow-up, hotel events, promotions, and social media updates. Maintain accurate information in hotel sales, reservation, and property-management systems. Provide professional customer service and support the Sales team with administrative tasks and special projects. Requirements Previous hotel sales, catering, reservations, or hospitality experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Comfortable learning hotel reservation and sales systems. Familiarity with social media and digital marketing is a plus. Ability to learn and apply basic sales techniques. Professional, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
