Support the 8D and CAPA processes by conducting investigations, performing root cause analysis, participating in problem-solving, implementing corrective and preventive actions, and verifying their effectiveness.
Review NMR reports, collaborate with stakeholders to determine well-documented dispositions, and complete NMR documentation to close records in a timely manner.
Interface with all departments to coordinate First Article Inspections (FAI) in accordance with internal QMS, AS9102, and customer requirements.
Review and incorporate customer and product-specific requirements into FAI report preparation, compilation, and final approval.
