Staff Development Coordinator

Staff Development Coordinator (SDC) – North End Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center Full‑time (40 hrs). Salary range $93k-$125k. Responsibilities Ensure appropriate staffing and nursing care at all times. Provide education to existing staff and organize medical documentation and education files. Run and assist with employee training and orientation. Assist with admissions when needed, and manage overall flow of the nursing department and units. Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in this state. Prior experience as a Staff Development Coordinator or Infection Preventionist within a nursing center or healthcare setting. Ability to build strong relationships and gain support from staff.
