Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department - Full Time

Job Overview Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on licensing and job descriptions. Contributes to the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets regulatory requirements. Responds to emergency calls, assists ambulance teams, and ensures safe transportation of patients to medical facilities. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Delegate care responsibilities based on licensing, preparation, and job descriptions. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies. Respond to emergency calls and assist ambulance teams. Education Qualifications BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing. Licensure & Certification Requirements Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment. BCLS certification within 1 month. ACLS certification within 1 year. PALS certification within 1 year. ENPC certification within 2 years. TNCC certification within 2 years. Hiring Incentive Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7,500 (ADN) and up to $10,000 (BSN).
