Description4-C has a great opportunity for a full time Certification Specialist. The Certification Specialist regulates in-home child care businesses. Ensure equitable services by using Spanish/English skills in multiple programs. QUALIFICATIONSMust speak Spanish and English. Experience in the child care field in both languages is preferred.Associate degree and 2 years of experience or 4 years of prior experience in Social Work, Child and Family Studies, Early Childhood Education, or related field.Excellent oral and written communication skillAbility to understand complex regulations Ability to work occasional eveningsMust provide own transportation in 9-county service area; reimbursement provided JOB DETAILS$25-26 per hour depending on experience and skillsCompetitive benefits package including generous paid time offThis position requires regular site visits in southern Wisconsin; administrative work can be done from home.Occasional evening work is required.
