Emergency Aid Case Manager
Kroc Center
The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated Caseworker to interview, evaluate, and administer aid to clients seeking emergency assistance. You will screen callers and visitors, pre-qualify needs, and refer clients to partner agencies in alignment with established guidelines. You will assist with applications for emergency aid, track funds, prepare FEMA files, and submit monthly transaction reports.
