At Community Health System youll be part of a dedicated nursing team committed to delivering safe skilled and compassionate care across our hospitals. As a Registered Nurse youll support a diverse patient population and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure highquality patient-centered outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in an environment built on teamwork learning and continuous improvement.
In this role you provide direct patient care using evidence-based practices complete thorough assessments and implement individualized care plans to support optimal recovery. You coordinate and communicate with physicians ancillary staff and families to ensure continuity and clarity throughout each patients stay. You maintain accurate timely documentation and uphold all safety and regulatory standards while actively contributing to a culture of collaboration professionalism and accountability.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
Must have at least 1 years Inpatient Tele ED or ICU RN experience required
Licenses and Certifications
RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
