BLS Massachusetts nursing license Job Details

Office RN position in Telemedicine/Specialty department. 40 hour day shift, no nights or weekends. Epic experience preferred. Office experience would be greatly helpful. Job Requirements

BLS certification required (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military accepted). Professional nursing license with primary source verification required within 30 days of start date (MA Conditional Licenses not accepted). Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date and updated annually. Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required. Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required. TB skin test or blood test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if break >6 months. Physician Health Statement within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break. MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission. Two references within 4 years required, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset. MGB Skills Checklist completed within 1 year of submission. MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions. MGB Education Verification required. MGB SSN Trace required. MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually. MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
