Emergency Veterinarian

Work Schedule 3 shifts/week | 8 pm‑8 am About You Deliver exceptional, real‑time care when pets and their families need it most. Strengthen triage and critical assessment skills while working with a collaborative team that steps in when it matters. Provide emergency care for sick and injured patients, manage hospitalized cases, assess and diagnose patients, develop and oversee treatment plans, partner with technicians for high‑quality execution, perform surgeries, deliver critical care, and maintain an exceptional standard of service for every patient who enters the emergency department. Your Experience & Skills Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required State Veterinary Board License – active and in good standing for the state of intended employment, obtained prior to start date Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible Experience in emergency medicine or completion of small animal rotating or emergency internships highly recommended Compensation Annual base salary range: $350,000 – $400,000, negotiable based on credentials and experience. Compensation is awarded with a progressive model designed to reward impact without negative accrual.
