Office Assistant
Fort Pierce, Florida

Full Time Or Part-time position.
Monday - Saturday.

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills, computer operating systems, and software programs. QuickBooks experience is a plus.
• Provide friendly, prompt, efficient, and courteous guest service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Good organization skills -- prioritize work assignments, manage work time, and work delegation as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Previous Sales, Retail, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inputting records for Accounts Payable & Receivable.
• Building brand awareness and social media presence.
• Planning sales and advertising campaigns.
• Collecting and analyzing research data.
• Detail-oriented and have excellent computer skills.
• Meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Able to process customer orders. Adjust order quantity when needed.
• Troubleshoot system issues and documents.
• Requires good documentation and communication skills.
• Answer phones and customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
• Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
• Keeping a clean work area.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring office stock.
• Working within various social media platforms to promote product design of ad layouts.
• Developing and following a schedule.
• Performing the tasks required to meet overall strategies.
• Other duties as assigned.
