Warehouse Manager

BEE ACCESS – WAREHOUSE MANAGER We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager, who is organized and has extreme attention to detail that can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, material handling, and staff management. This includes healthcare, 401k matching, paid time off, company paid holidays, and an annual bonus plan based on company performance Meaningful autonomy and empowerment in a positive environment that supports development and recognizes achievement WHAT THE ROLE DOES: Oversee day-to-day multi-warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping and receiving of materials Manage warehouse staff including coaching, developing, training, performance management and timecard accuracy Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and audits Develop and enforce warehouse policies and procedures to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe environment Coordinate with production management to ensure timely supply of materials and on-time delivery of finished products to customers Optimize warehouse layout, material flow, and storage systems to maximize space and ensure efficiency Monitor order accuracy, on-time shipments, inventory accuracy, and labor productivity. Implement corrective actions as needed Manage warehouse equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safe operation - forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Manage and optimize the receiving process, including inspection, documentation, and proper storage of incoming material THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: High School diploma or equivalent required 5+ years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing is required Solid understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams Proficiency in using ERP systems, implementing WMS and Microsoft Office programs Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, squat and walk daily Demonstrates Bee Access core values: Respect, Precision, Urgency, Mastery, Positivity #J-18808-Ljbffr
