$16–$22/hour | Full-Time | Training Available!
Looking for a people-focused opportunity where you can learn something new and build a career in eye care? Phaxis is looking for an Optician 1to join a friendly eye care team in Belmont, NC !
No optical experience? No problem!Previous optical experience is preferred, but our client is willing to train the right person who brings great customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing- Welcome patients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out
- Answer phones and help schedule appointments
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the patient experience
- Assist with front desk and administrative tasks
- Learn the optical side of the practice and grow your skills
- Help keep the office organized and running smoothly
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Optical experience preferred, but not required
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with people
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time-management and multitasking skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
$16–$22/hour , depending on experience.
