Registered Nurse FT/PT

Location: Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living—Glen Mills, PA. We are hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to promote, restore, and maintain resident health and wellbeing by collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates. The RN’s primary role is to provide physical and psych‑social support to residents and families. Compensation $40.00‑$45.00 per hour + Shift differentials. How You Will Make an Impact Develop relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach, supporting residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, and focusing on placing residents first. Perform all clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and nursing standards of practice. Promote resident independence by establishing care goals, teaching residents/family to understand conditions, medication, and self‑care skills. Monitor residents’ clinical and care conditions to identify changes and act to ensure comfort and safety. Work alongside care associates to perform routine nursing care to assigned residents. Maintain infection prevention practices, administer medications, and perform treatments per orders. Develop and coordinate a comprehensive holistic plan of care in collaboration with interdisciplinary and neighborhood team. Support residents’ preferences, routines, and choices in the electronic medical record. Ensure documentation is current, accurate, and timely. Participate in care conferences for designated residents as requested by Clinical Manager. What You Will Need Active RN license in the state of practice and graduation from accredited registered nurse program. Minimum 6 months experience as an RN. A passion for caring for seniors.
