Morrison Living is hiring immediately for full time Boh Lead Supervisor positions.

Location: The Ridge Pinehurst - 7505 West Quincy Avenue, Lakewood, CO 80235.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Hours and days may vary. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: 2 years of prior back of house experience required.

Sign-On Bonus: New hires will receive a $500 Sign-on & Retention Bonus! The bonus is paid out on condition of attendance and performance in good standing - you will receive the bonus in installments as follows: $250 at 90 days $250 at 180 days $500 in total!

Pay Range: $22.50 per hour to $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
