Butcher Boy is a fourth-generation family butcher shop in Reno. We're hiring one full-time packaging and wrapping helper to work alongside our production crew.
What the job is: Our butchers, prep crew, and case team cut, trim, mix, and portion meats all day. Your job is what comes next — bagging, vacuum sealing, labeling, and organizing finished product so it's ready for the case or the freezer. Daily clean-up work alongside the team. It's repetitive, hands-on, and steady. If you like knowing exactly what your day looks like and getting through it well, this job fits.
What we need from you:
- Show up on time, every day
- Lift 50 pounds comfortably
- Read and write English (labels, dates, order slips)
- Keep your station clean and organized
- Stay busy without needing to be told what's next
No butchery experience required. We'll teach you everything about our packaging process.
