Registered Nurse (RN) – Trauma/Ortho/Tele/Med-Surg Chicago, IL Where You Will Work This unit is the largest medical‑surgical unit focused on Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, and General Surgery. It offers a supportive, fast‑paced environment that emphasizes teamwork, advanced skill development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association What You’ll Do Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and effective communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
