Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care with a 1:6 ratio, adjusting to a 1:5 ratio during weekday day shifts.
• Float to the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for Medical Surgical Unit (MSU) assignments as required.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation through the EPIC charting system.
• Follow trauma level 3 protocols and procedures diligently.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and execute patient care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Current BLS (AHA or ARC) and NIHSS certifications.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and up to 2 additional mandatory shifts every 6 weeks.
