*Job Overview*

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Occupational Therapists to provide high-quality care that helps patients improve functional abilities, regain independence, and enhance their overall quality of life.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
* Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to support patient goals
* Help patients improve daily living and functional skills
* Monitor and document patient progress accurately
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
* Maintain a safe and supportive therapy environment

*Qualifications*

* Current OTA license/certification (required)
* Experience in skilled nursing or acute care preferred
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passion for working with individuals with disabilities
* Commitment to patient-centered care
