Location: 4630 N Beach St Suite 100, Haltom City, TX 76137
Shift: 2nd Shift (Mon-Thu, 3:00pm-1:30am)
Type: 8-Month Contract (Potential for Permanent Hire)
Pay: $30/hr during contract, $28/hr + full benefits upon conversion

About the Role
Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Manufacturing Technician in Haltom City, TX. This is a hands-on role supporting precision assembly and testing of mechanical and electromechanical systems. You'll work on a consistent 4-day, 10-hour schedule, with opportunities for overtime and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

- Execute assembly, testing, and modification of products per blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams
- Inspect systems and components to ensure compliance with strict specifications and tolerances
- Document production data accurately and report any deviations or issues
- Perform rework and repairs on mechanical/electromechanical assemblies
- Assist in disassembly and reassembly of products as needed
- Follow all EHS, Quality, and Continuous Improvement (CI) protocols
- Participate in safety and improvement initiatives across the production floor
- Support training and mentorship of new technicians
- Lift up to 35 lbs (with assistance when required)
- Adapt to overtime and nonstandard hours when business needs demand

Required Skills and Experience

- 3-5 years as a Manufacturing Technician or similar hands-on production role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Proficient with diagnostic, measuring, and testing tools
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Familiarity with mechanical and electromechanical assembly/disassembly
- Commitment to safety standards and process improvement

Preferred Skills

- Experience in a continuous improvement (CI) environment
- Prior mentorship or training of junior technicians
