Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer role based in Rogers, AR. The Senior Graphic Designer will create and refine visual concepts for branding, packaging, displays, and marketing materials that align with client objectives and retail environments. Daily responsibilities include developing design layouts, producing production-ready files, collaborating with account and creative teams, and maintaining consistency across brand touchpoints. The role involves presenting design concepts to internal stakeholders, iterating based on feedback, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards. The Senior Graphic Designer will also mentor junior designers, contribute to creative strategy, and stay current with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for print, digital, packaging, and display applications. Expertise in Logo Design and Branding to create and evolve cohesive visual identities. Proficiency in Typography and layout principles to produce clear, engaging, and accessible designs. Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, 3D Rendering Programs). Proven experience in retail or consumer-focused design environments is highly beneficial. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Strong visual communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
