Our client is a well-established plaintiff's personal injury law firm in the Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona area, dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate challenging times. The firm focuses on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases involving negligence and has extensive experience representing clients in matters involving major corporations, healthcare providers, and other parties. Its practice areas include personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and product liability.

This position offers flexibility to work from the office or remotely.

Requirements:

• Must be currently licensed to practice law in Arizona.

• 7-10 years of experience litigating medical malpractice and medical negligence cases involving hospitals, physicians, nurses, nursing homes, group homes, and assisted living facilities.

• Ability to manage cases from client intake through trial and post-trial motions.

• Strong deposition skills, including experience taking expert witness depositions.

• Ability to manage cases effectively and meet court-ordered deadlines.

• Self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• High ethical standards and strong litigation skills.
