HVAC Sales Representative

Pay: Base Salary + Commission | Target Annual Earnings of $150,000+

Location: Mount Vernon, WA and surrounding areas

Schedule: 40+ hours per week, including occasional evenings and Saturday appointments

About the Opportunity

Foss Heating & Cooling is an established heating and air conditioning company serving Mount Vernon and the surrounding communities. We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven HVAC Sales Representative with excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills.

This is a high-income opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives on achieving goals and building strong customer relationships. We provide qualified sales leads, financing options for customers, comprehensive product warranties, and professional training to help you succeed.

Our compensation structure combines a base salary with performance-based commissions, offering target annual earnings of $150,000 or more.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective and existing customers to assess their heating, cooling, comfort, and energy-efficiency needs.
• Present HVAC products, financing options, and solutions that fit customers' needs and budgets.
• Convert qualified leads into sales through effective presentations, follow-ups, and relationship building.
• Prepare accurate proposals, explain product benefits, and guide customers through purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a professional company image while achieving individual sales and profitability goals.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage appointments, leads, and follow-ups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history.
• Flexibility to accommodate evening and Saturday customer appointments.
• HVAC industry experience is beneficial but not required; training is provided.
