We're looking for biology experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models developed by the world's leading research labs. Your scientific knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex biological concepts — from cell biology to molecular genetics and beyond.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just a strong foundation in biology and the ability to think critically and communicate clearly.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging, advanced biology questions to rigorously test AI performance
- Develop clear, step-by-step solutions grounded in sound scientific reasoning
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
- Identify gaps or errors in AI outputs and provide structured, actionable feedback
- Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level biology topics
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong grasp of advanced biological concepts and scientific problem-solving
- Able to communicate complex ideas clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and rigorous reasoning
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation frameworks
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning concepts
- Background in research, academic writing, or scientific publishing
