Role Description
The Branch Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Stuart, FL. Responsibilities include overseeing daily branch operations, managing client and caregiver relations, coordinating schedules, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and ensuring high-quality customer service. The Branch Administrator will also collaborate with internal teams to achieve operational goals and maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage branch operations effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client and caregiver relationships
- Experience in scheduling, coordinating, and managing staff assignments
- Knowledge of compliance with local and state home care regulations and policies
- Proficiency in using office software and tools to maintain records and manage workflow
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts in a professional manner
- Previous experience in healthcare administration, home care, or related industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or associate degree preferred
