Kindergarten Instructional Aide
PLAINWELL COMMUNITY SCHOOLS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Meet Highly Qualified requirements (2 years college or pass ETS Parapro or MTTC Basic Skills Test)
• Associates Degree Preferred
• Experience in supervising elementary students preferred
• Desire to help students succeed
• General knowledge of elementary curriculum or ability to learn
• Ability to instruct students as directed by classroom teacher
• Ability to manage student behavior
• Ability to maintain a safe playground environment
• Positive attitude and demeanor
• Strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills STARTING DATE: Start of the 2026-2027 School Year SALARY: Per Aides' Salary Schedule CLOSING DATE: June 16, 2026
