Delivery Specialist

Compensation Pay Range: $17.05 - $23.00 Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance premiums or may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Deliver parts and/or products to O’Reilly stores and distribution center safely and efficiently. Drive company vehicle via set route, picking up and signing for stock transfers at each stop. Maintain daily route manifest and ensure all invoices are verified and signed by a designated team member at each store. Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys secure; fill fuel tank and lock vehicle at end of day. Familiar with accident report guidelines; report vehicle maintenance needs immediately. Clock in/out according to company policy. Check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage before operating vehicle. Drive safely and defensively, reporting any delays or issues to the city delivery supervisor or remaining stores on route. Maintain a professional image and communicate problems or special needs to store management. Requirements Legally required state driver’s license and meet all company driving eligibility requirements. Driving record must meet the company’s 14/18 point record system. Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences. Good interpersonal communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations. Desired Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
